Hoo-rah, its release time.

Yep, for those who can't be bother with all that CVS stuff, in order to celebrate a 1000 downloads, I've finally released a new version of Oxidizer to the general public.

So go get version 0.2 from the usual place at SourceForge. Binary and Source releases as usual.
